Initially, the sixteenth century, called frigates rowing various small units with auxiliary sails. A particular class frigates, as sailing ships offshore, began to set in the sixteenth century, and formed in the next century. Until the early nineteenth century were a medium or large sailing ships, intended mainly for reconnaissance and escort tasks, and independent operations in remote areas how to lose weight fast.
